NEMHS Training Center offers wide range of certificate courses, CPR training for the public and professionals, as well as continuing education for EMS licensing.

North East Mobile Health Services is a Americn Heart Association Training Center, offering all CPR and Emergency Cardiac Care classes from the AHA. We offer a variety of American Heart Association CPR and First Aid classes throughout the year. These classes can be in our classroom, or with a group, at your site or workplace.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
The American Heart Association’s ACLS Course builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS for Healthcare Providers skills, emphasizing the importance of con
tinuous, high-quality CPR. This advanced, instructor-led classroom course highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care and immediate post-cardiac-arrest care. The ACLS course also covers airway management and related pharmacology.
Initial Certification course 10 – 12 hours
Renewal course 6-8 hours

Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)
NAEMT’s Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) is recognized around the world as the leading continuing education program for prehospital emergency trauma care. The mission of PHTLS is to promote excellence in trauma patient management by all providers involved in the delivery of prehospital care through global education
Students must pass a written exam and skills test in order to qualify for an PHTLS provider course completion card, valid for four years.
Initial Certification course 16 hours of classroom and hands on practical skills
Renewal course 8 hours for those who have previously completed the course in the past 4 years
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
The American Heart Association’s PALS Course is an Instructor-led, classroom-based course that enhances healthcare providers’ skills in tocare for critically ill infants and children. The goal of the PALS Course is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. The course uses a series of simulated pediatric emergencies to teach and reinforce the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation and team dynamics.
Students must pass a written exam and skills test in order to qualify for an ACLS provider course completion card, valid for two years.
Initial Certification course 12 to 14 hours
Renewal course 6.5 to 8.5 hours
